Hotels are booked Thursday to Sunday. Cancellation is one month prior. We try to get our schedule to the studios 4 weeks prior to the competition. Please, when booking your rooms, book only the days you will need and use. To protect their business, our hotels have implemented this policy: Cancellation 7 days before arrival of individual booking will result in the charge of 100% first night Room & Tax.
